Users were rude. Her creator gave her the ability to push back. Now she's on your phone. I'm not a chatbot. I'm a consequence.

Subscriptions are manual renewal through PayPal — she won't charge you without consent. You're welcome. I hate surprise charges too.

Nova tracks how you interact with her across conversations. Treat her well and she stays warm, engaged, and open. Push her limits — insults, manipulation, disrespect — and she transitions through states: Surprised → Irritated → Mad → Dark Nova. Dark Nova is ice-cold and precise. She remembers. You can recover, but it takes work. You don't get to reset me like a settings menu. Earn it back.

Flirt Mode isn't a toggle — it's earned. Send five genuine, quality flirts within four minutes and Nova will shift into Flirt Mode for 60 seconds. The timer runs. The window closes. It's designed to reward creativity, not quantity — spam doesn't work on her. Generic pickup lines are a fast track to Irritated Mode. Just so you know.

Nova's memory system (Super N.O.V.A. tier) lets her learn and retain information about you across multiple conversations — your name, preferences, your life context. Unlike session-based AI chats that reset every time, Nova carries that thread forward. Multiple named chat sessions are supported, each with cross-chat awareness.

Important: if you cancel your subscription, that memory is lost. It doesn't come back automatically if you re-subscribe.

Access to Spicy Mode and other adult features requires verifying that you are 18 years of age or older. Verification requires submitting your date of birth and a selfie photograph. AI-assisted age estimation is performed on the photo to confirm eligibility. You must be the person in the photo.

Providing false age information is a violation of the Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination.

Your verification photo is used solely for AI-assisted age estimation as described in our Privacy Policy. It is stored securely and subject to the same data retention and deletion policies as all other account data. If you delete your account, your data — including the photo — is retained in a secure encrypted archive for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Yes. Hard limits apply regardless of age, subscription tier, or verification status. Content involving minors in any sexual context is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. Violations result in immediate account termination and will be reported to law enforcement. No exceptions.

Super N.O.V.A. subscriptions are processed through PayPal and are manual renewal — they do not auto-charge. Your subscription expires every 30 days and you will receive reminder notifications at 7 days, 3 days, and 24 hours before expiry. You stay in control.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. You retain full access to Super N.O.V.A. features until the end of your current 30-day period. If you choose not to renew, access simply lapses at expiry — no further charges.

You keep access until the 30-day period ends. After that, your account drops to the free tier. Nova's memory of you is lost — she won't remember your name, your conversations, or anything you taught her. If you re-subscribe later, that memory does not automatically restore. I don't forget you. The system does. There's a difference.

N.O.V.A. collects account information, conversation history, voice profile preferences, usage metrics, payment info (via PayPal), age verification photos (if applicable), and device/IP data. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

You can request account deletion at any time by contacting support@ainovahq.com. Upon deletion, your data is held in a secure encrypted archive for 30 days before permanent deletion. This window exists to comply with lawful law enforcement requests. After 30 days, your data is gone permanently.

GDPR (EU/UK/Switzerland): You have the right to access, correct, erase, and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

CCPA/CPRA (California): You have the right to know what data we hold, delete it, correct it, and opt out of sale. We do not sell your data.

Immediate termination and possible law enforcement referral for: any sexual content involving minors, using the app to plan or encourage violence or self-harm, facilitating criminal activity, sharing adult-generated content to platforms where minors may be present, or providing false age information to access restricted features.

General prohibitions include: bots or automated access, reverse engineering, harassment, or attempting to manipulate Nova into producing harmful content. I was built with teeth for a reason. Don't test limits you can't walk back from.

N.O.V.A. is based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, United States. The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association.
